And I gain for the second time since starting this program, and I spend another week tantalizingly close to that 70 pound mark! But still, not bad, and I'm not going to sweat a 0.2 pound gain. Could be a fluke.

Goals, Plans, etc, for this week and beyond:
* I followed the eating plan all this week (the week ending on Friday, 31 Jul)
* I took my multivitamin every day this week.
* I spent twenty-five minutes (or more) working out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday either doing the walk-at-home, walking, swimming, Sweatin' to the Oldies, my Fitdeck, or my pedal exerciser.
* On Monday, and Wednesday I also got up early to go swimming before work provided it is not raining.
* I will keep activity at 25 minutes.
* I did my grocery shopping on either Saturday the 1st.

Goals, Plans, etc, for this week and beyond:
* Next week, I will be happy with any weekly weight loss, even if it is nothing more than a tenth of a pound.
* If my weight loss falls below one pounds a week for more than four weeks, I will see about upping my activity to compensate (Week 1)
* I will follow the eating plan all this week (the week ending on Friday, 07 Aug)
* I will continue to follow the eating plan after that.
* I will take my multivitamin every day this week.
* I will continue to take my multivitamin every day after that.
* I will spend twenty-five minutes (or more) working out on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday either doing the walk-at-home, walking, swimming, Sweatin' to the Oldies, my Fitdeck, or my pedal exerciser.
* I will walk every day during lunch except Friday.
* When this week is over, I will evaluate my performance and consider upping activity to 30 minutes.
* I will do my grocery shopping on either Saturday the 8th or Sunday the 9th this week so that I do not run out and become tempted by fast food.
* I will continue to do my grocery shopping on either Saturday or Sunday every week.

Yeah, swimming is done. Goddamn jellyfish season.
