Strong week this week, though I was kind of expecting it, and now I have a Wii! I am also only 0.2 pounds away from the 75 pound mark. Woot!

* I was be happy with my weekly weight loss.
* I followed the eating plan all last week
* I took my multivitamin every day last week.
* I spent twenty-five minutes (or more) working out on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday either doing the walk-at-home, walking, swimming, Sweatin' to the Oldies, my Fitdeck, or my pedal exerciser.
* I walked every day during lunch except Friday.
* I will not move to 30 minutes, but I will start playing with my Wii!
* I did my grocery shopping on Saturday the 8th.

Goals, Plans, etc, for this week and beyond:
* Next week, I will be happy with any weekly weight loss, even if it is nothing more than a tenth of a pound.
* If my weight loss falls below one pounds a week for more than four weeks, I will see about upping my activity to compensate
* I will follow the eating plan all this week (the week ending on Friday, 14 Aug)
* I will continue to follow the eating plan after that.
* I will take my multivitamin every day this week.
* I will continue to take my multivitamin every day after that.
* I will spend twenty-five minutes (or more) working out on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday either doing the walk-at-home, walking, swimming, Sweatin' to the Oldies, my Fitdeck, or my pedal exerciser. (Saturday done)
* I will walk every workday during lunch except Friday.
* When this week is over, I will evaluate my performance and consider upping activity to 30 minutes.
* I will play my Wii at least 10 minutes every day.
* I will do my grocery shopping on either Saturday the 15th or Sunday the 16th this week so that I do not run out and become tempted by fast food.
* I will continue to do my grocery shopping on either Saturday or Sunday every week.
* On my next payday, I will transfer $30.00 to my trip account.
